This is Gloria, and at 2 years of age; she was already very much into plants. Watering the flowers in her Grandma’s garden was one of her favorite things to do.
Skindred Soul® was born out of love for the wonderful and amazing abundance of plant life that Mother Nature offers. Gloria grew up watching her great-grandmother, grandmother and mother preparing crèmes, ointments and tinctures on the kitchen table.
With delight and curiosity she would observe how delicate flowers, such as marigolds and chamomile, transformed into potent healing crèmes and oils. Since then, she had beendreaming of the day when she would be able to make skincare products herself; even better than her Grandma’s!

Ingredients
The ingredients in Skindred Soul products are mild and gentle enough for the most sensitive of skins, but also innovative and advanced when it comes to fighting the signs of aging and repairing the skin at the cellular level.
We refuse to put any ingredients in our skincare products that are known to be potential irritants, such as parabens, sulfates, dyes, fragrances, drying alcohol, petrochemicals, fragrant oils and irritating plant extracts. We only use ingredients that are proven to be mild and non-toxic.
Our products are made with nourishing fruit extracts, moisturizing sea vegetables and protecting fruit and plant oils. Skindred Soul products are jam-packed with vitamins and antioxidants. We don't use any animal or human ingredients and by-products.

Honesty
We don’t make any claims that our products can’t live up to. We don’t tell you that our products only work when you buy the whole line. Your skin doesn’t care if you are mixing and matching, as long as you buy high quality products that are appropriate for your skin type.
We are happy when you love our products so much that you only want to use Skindred Soul, but we are just as happy when you buy one or two products to enhance your existing skincare routine.

Gentleness
Skindred Soul products go through extensive clinical and dermatological testing to ensure safety and gentleness.
Many of our products are hypoallergenic and non-comedogenic. The website product page and product label indicate which products have this approval.

Simplicity
We know that taking good care of your skin doesn’t mean using tons of different products or having complicated multiple-step-systems. Certain products are daily essentials, such as a gentle cleanser, a reliable sunscreen (at least SPF 15) and an antioxidant-rich moisturizer.
Once or twice a week, depending on your skin type, a good exfoliant will help to keep your complexion glowing and accelerate cell renewal. Other products, such as a moisture-boosting mask, a refreshing toner or specialty products can be added to your skincare routine, but are not mandatory. Their use should completely depend on your skin type and your personal preferences.

Packaging
Skindred Soul products are packaged in airless, opaque bottles. Antioxidants are very sensitive and start breaking down once they are exposed to light and air. Jar packaging would cause the product to become ineffective shortly after opening. Products such as Unveil & Care Gentle Exfoliant that are powders can be packaged in jars and still retain their antioxidant effectiveness.
Our packaging ensures that the last drop from your bottle is as effective and beneficial as the very first drop.
